Today was about letting the pieces and the facade fall. I got to work and wrote "don't pretend" on a little sticky note and stuck it to my computer, to remind me:
Don't pretend everything is OK when it isn't.
Don't pretend you know more (or less) than you do.
Don't pretend you are more (or less) than you are.
Stand in your truth.
And don't forget to laugh.
It felt good. It felt real.
