Elephants and friends

You may never have suspected that 70 miles from where we live is the largest elephant refuge in the United States. Tennessee is a constant surprise. They don't allow visitors and they have a very sweet and respectful attitude toward the rescued and retired elephants that they serve. Apparently elephants form tight friendships, usually with other elephants, but you may have heard about Tarra, whose best friend is Bella, a dog. Fun footage here:
