I started following Dani Shapiro's blog after reading her wonderful book, Devotion, which I mentioned here a while back. Yesterday she posted a great piece about inspiration and mentioned her process of working on one story in particular. She also kindly included a link to the story itself, which I then read and can't stop thinking about. So I have to share it with you.
